The 4th vampire sighting happened in Seattle a few days before the 2010 New Year. A woman and her friends decided to go out and enjoy the Seattle nightlife. After hours of walking and visiting other bars they ended up at a bar in Belltown. The woman was enjoying drinks with her girlfriends when a mysterious man on her left side spoke to her. At first she couldn't hear what he said, the sounds of the bar drowned out his voice. The woman turned around to look at the man and noticed that he had an incredibly piercing stare. He spoke to her once more but she still couldn't make out what he said. But once the man touched her shoulder it was like all the other sounds of the bar drifted away.
When the man spoke again she could clearly hear him. He asked her name and about her friends. After some casual conversation he told her that he was a vampire. Of course the woman didn't believe him so he showed her his teeth or rather his fangs. According to the woman his teeth were shiny and had elongated canines. Naturally the woman still didn't believe him, he offered to bite her to prove it to her but she said no. Then he proceeded to tell her the details of her life, like where she lived, what she did for a living, details about her family. The woman panicked and left the bar with her friends, still unsure if he was a vampire or something else.
